We measure before we propose and only build what sets us apart

We integrate what already exists and works. We only develop in-house what solves a recurring problem better.

How we work

Four steps, always in the same order.

  1. On-site diagnosis

We watch the machine or process running and measure it. What fails, what repeats and what costs money.

  2. Fixed-scope proposal

What we do, with which components, what is excluded and what it costs. All in writing.

  3. Design and workshop

Schematics, code, CAD, parts and panels, tested in our workshop before touching your line.

  4. Commissioning

We install during the shutdown you choose, train your team and hand over documentation and data.

Technologies

Knowing what not to do matters as much as knowing what to do. This is where we draw the line, and we put it in writing.

We master it

  • PLCs, sensors, fieldbuses and protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT
  • Data acquisition, monitoring and diagnostics
  • Control electronics and PCBs for specific applications
  • CAD mechanical design, functional 3D printing and material selection
  • Software integration, automation and data analysis

We integrate from suppliers

  • Industrial robots and cobots
  • Industrial CNC and high-volume manufacturing
  • Servo drives, actuators and certified components
  • High-performance machine vision
  • Specialist laboratory and measuring equipment

We do not do it

  • Building complete industrial robots from scratch
  • Developing a general-purpose PLC to compete with established makers
  • Safety-critical machinery or highly regulated processes without the ability to certify
  • Competing on price alone in 3D printing or electronics assembly

We build the components that set us apart, not every component the system needs.

A system that uses standard components wherever it can is cheaper, more reliable and easier for your team to maintain. Our work is in the part you cannot buy off the shelf.

Where our scope ends

Kinetifab designs, programs, manufactures and integrates. We are not an electrical contractor: anything connected to the mains is carried out and certified by a licensed electrician local to the installation, coordinated by us.

Kinetifab

  • System and control panel design
  • Programming and commissioning
  • Sensors and communications
  • Parts, fixtures and electronics
  • Documentation and training

Licensed electrician

  • Supply connections and changes to the electrical installation
  • Mains connection of panels and equipment where regulations require it
  • Certificates and sign-off with the authorities

Principles

What you can expect from any project of ours.

Measure before selling
No promised savings without data from your installation.
Local control
Systems keep running even if the internet goes down.
Open protocols
No vendor lock-in: any component can be replaced.
Scope in writing
What is included, what is not and who does what, before we start.
Your data, your drawings
The data, code and drawings from your project belong to you.

Which machine or process do you want to improve?

The first conversation is free. You get a concrete assessment back, not a brochure.
