In-house electronics for problems that keep coming back
When the same problem shows up in several installations, we turn it into a product: boards, controllers and equipment designed by us, proven in the field and supported for the long term.
Nothing is sold as a product until it has worked in a real installation
What we do
Hardware and firmware for industrial control, measurement and communications.
- PCB design
- Schematics, board layout, component selection and manufacture of prototypes and short runs.
- Firmware
- Control, communications and diagnostics on microcontrollers and embedded processors.
- Custom controllers
- For a specific machine or process, when a general-purpose PLC is either not enough or too much.
- Telemetry
- Data acquisition and transmission over local network, cellular or long-range radio, for remote sites.
- Energy metering
- Electrical metering units for machines and panels that integrate with any system.
- Own machines
- Compact equipment combining mechanics, electronics and software, designed entirely by us.
How a product is born
We do not design hardware for its own sake. We design it once the market has asked for it several times.
Tell us what you see in your plantFirst, the project
We solve the problem for one client using off-the-shelf components.
Then, the repetition
If the same problem appears at other sites, a product is needed.
Next, our own design
Dedicated hardware and firmware, more reliable and cheaper than a pile of generic parts.
Always, the field test
It works in a real installation before it is sold as a product.
What we build and what we do not
We design the electronics that give us an edge, not every component in the system. We do not compete with established PLC or robotics manufacturers: our equipment integrates with theirs.
In-house development
- Boards for specific applications
- Firmware and communications
- Controllers and telemetry modules
- Monitoring equipment
- Enclosures and assembly
We do not develop
- General-purpose PLCs
- Complete industrial robots
- Safety-critical electronics without certification
- High-volume electronics assembly on price
Frequently asked questions
Another question? Write to usCan you develop a board for my product?
Yes, if it fits what we do: control, data acquisition, communications and moderate power. We start with a working prototype, validate it with you and then prepare the production run with a PCB manufacturer.
Who owns the design?
That is agreed in the proposal. For custom development, the client usually receives the design. When the work builds on our own products, their use is licensed.
Do you have products available already?
We are turning the solutions that repeat most across our projects into products. If you have a problem that fits, tell us about it: that is exactly how they are born.
Does the equipment comply with regulations?
Any equipment sold as a product meets the applicable regulations (electromagnetic compatibility, low voltage and any others that apply) before it goes on sale. Prototypes and custom developments are delivered with a record of the tests carried out and, where relevant, a certification plan.
