From first sketch to a drawing you can manufacture

We design compact machines, jigs, test rigs and adaptations for specific tasks that do not justify buying a complete piece of industrial equipment.

You receive the models, the drawings and the bill of materials

What we do

Complete designs, built from day one to be manufactured, assembled and maintained.

3D CAD and drawings
Complete models, toleranced manufacturing drawings and bills of materials ready for the workshop.
Special-purpose machines
Compact equipment for one specific task: dosing, testing, positioning, assembling or inspecting.
Jigs and fixtures
Templates, locators and gauges that cut errors and time per part.
Functional prototypes
Fast iterations with additive manufacturing to validate the idea before investing in machining.
Reverse engineering
We redraw discontinued or undocumented parts so they can be made again, and improve them where they used to fail.
Materials and processes
We choose between 3D printing, machining, sheet metal or welding based on load, quantity and cost.

Typical jobs

Small, specific problems nobody sells a ready-made answer to.

Tell us what you see in your plant
  • A fixture for a manual operation

A template or locator that removes a measuring step and the errors that come with it.

  • A machine for a single task

A small piece of equipment that automates something repetitive without buying a whole line.

  • The spare part nobody sells

A part from an old machine, redesigned and manufactured again.

  • The test rig

A system to test parts or products, measuring and logging the results.

What we make and what we outsource

We design everything and make what makes sense to make in-house: prototypes, printed parts and assembly. When a part needs machining, metal or large runs, a specialist workshop makes it from our drawings.

We do it ourselves

  • Concept and detailed design
  • 3D models, drawings and bills of materials
  • Prototypes and additively manufactured parts
  • Assembly, adjustment and testing
  • Integration with electronics and controls

Partner workshops

  • Precision CNC machining
  • Sheet metal, laser cutting and bending
  • Welding and structures
  • Surface treatments
  • Large production runs

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Write to us
Do you hand over the drawings and CAD files?

Yes. At the end of the project you receive the models, the manufacturing drawings and the bill of materials, so you can make spares or have changes done by whoever you like.

Can you design from a part that has no drawing?

Yes. We measure the part, model it and, if needed, improve the design where it used to fail. This is common with spares for older machines.

What if the part has to be metal?

We tell you upfront. 3D printing works for prototypes, fixtures and many functional parts, but it does not replace machining or metal when loads, temperature or wear demand it. In those cases a workshop makes the part from our drawings.

Do you design CE-marked machines?

We apply machinery safety requirements from the first sketch. When a machine needs CE marking, the proposal sets out who prepares the technical file and whether an external assessment is required.

Which machine or process do you want to improve?

The first conversation is free. You get a concrete assessment back, not a brochure.
