Automation for machines that already work
Plenty of machines still produce well, but they cannot tell you what they consume, when they will fail or why they stop. We add control, sensors and connectivity without replacing them.
Modbus, OPC UA and MQTT · Local control, no cloud dependency
What we do
From the controls of a single machine to monitoring an entire plant.
- Machine retrofit
- We replace obsolete controls and bring back machines that are mechanically sound but no longer have spare parts or support.
- PLC and HMI
- Control logic, operator screens and alarms that the people on the line actually understand.
- Data acquisition
- Current, temperature, vibration, pressure and flow sensors connected over Modbus, OPC UA or MQTT.
- Monitoring
- Output, stoppages and consumption in real time, on site and remotely, with alerts when something drifts.
- Predictive maintenance
- Vibration, temperature and consumption trends so you can act before the breakdown, not after.
- Energy efficiency
- Consumption per machine and per line, idle loads and power peaks. The basis of any saving you can prove.
What usually shows up once you measure
Hardly any breakdown is sudden and hardly any overspend is obvious. They are there, but nobody is looking.
Tell us what you see in your plantThe machine that runs while idle
Compressors, pumps and extraction left running with no load outside shift hours.
The stop nobody logs
Micro-stops of a few minutes that add up to hours of lost output every week.
The failure that gave warning
A bearing or motor runs hotter or vibrates more for weeks before it actually breaks.
The controller with no spare
A discontinued control unit that, if it fails, stops the line for weeks.
What we build and what we integrate
We develop the logic, software and electronics that make the difference ourselves. Everything else comes from established manufacturers: it is more reliable and easier for your team to maintain.
We do it ourselves
- Control system design
- PLC, HMI and controller programming
- Sensors, data acquisition and communications
- Monitoring dashboards and alarms
- Documentation and training
We integrate from suppliers
- Industrial robots and cobots
- Servo drives, inverters and actuators
- High-performance machine vision
- Certified safety components
- Mains electrical work, carried out and certified by a licensed electrician
Frequently asked questions
Another question? Write to usDo we need to stop production to modernise a machine?
As little as possible. We build and test the panel, the code and the parts in our workshop, and the on-site work happens during the shutdown you choose: a weekend, a shift change or the annual stop. For monitoring, non-intrusive sensors can often be fitted while the machine is running.
Do you work with any PLC brand?
We work with the usual manufacturers and with open protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) so you are not tied to any of them. If your plant already has a standard, we stick to it: that is what your maintenance team knows.
Does the data depend on the cloud?
No. Systems run locally: if the internet goes down, the machine stays under control and data keeps being recorded. The cloud is optional, for remote access. The data is yours and can be exported in open formats.
Do you build machine safety systems?
We do not take on safety-critical work we cannot certify. When a project needs it, we integrate certified safety components and, where required, a specialist engineering firm signs off the risk assessment. The proposal states this clearly.
